After the initial dump, PUSH requests ensure that data is pushed by the server to the client as soon as a change happens in our system. PULL requests have a configurable limit of 30 seconds between consecutive update requests from the client.

After the clients agree on the packaging and request a trial account, our reliable Tech Support Team support clients to go to production. The system uses PULL (via HTTP requests) and PUSH (via TCP socket) APIs. You connect to the feed and the server starts sending you our system data for your account configuration, we call that the initial data dump, once that is finished, any change that happens in the system will be sent to you as an update if you remain connected to the feed and keep reading the data.

The feed only allows getting the data configured into the account, the structure is that of a raw data feed and it does not provide data similar to a REST API.

We provide connector applications in different languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP) with the additional option of providing support for clients in case they choose to develop their own connector application with a different programming language.

The standard format is an XML feed. A JSON format is also an option but requires the client to create the connector app on their end.

We provide flexible and well-documented sports data APIs, which allow parameters to be modified from our end as per the clients’ needs.

Yes, we can offer our own match data widget for football and tennis, which can be easily integrated on the event page. We can also provide 3rd-party widgets from trusted partners such as Statscore for traditional sports.

We offer inherited configurations: when a new league or competition is created, it will inherit the configurations from the sports it belongs to.
